What to include
If you're reporting a bug, tell us which tool, what you entered, and what went wrong (a screenshot helps). If you'd like a new tool added, describe what it should calculate or convert. We can't promise a reply to every message, but we do read all of them.
Response time
FlyerUtility is run by a small team, so replies may take a few days. Since every tool runs in your browser and we don't store your data, we generally can't help recover lost input — that data was never sent to us in the first place.
