1. Using FlyerUtility
FlyerUtility is free to use and you do not need an account. You may use the tools for your own personal or business purposes. We may change, pause or remove any tool or feature at any time without notice.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, resell or redistribute the website, its tools, design or code without our written permission.
- Try to break, overload or disrupt the website, or to get around its security.
- Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to collect content from the website.
- Use the tools for anything unlawful, or to process files you have no right to use.
3. Your files and entries
The tools process what you enter and the files you open on your own device. You keep all rights in your files, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. Because we do not receive your files, we cannot recover them if you lose them: please keep your own copies.
4. Results are for information only
The calculators, converters and other tools give estimates for general information. They are not financial, tax, legal, medical or religious advice. Prayer times, Qibla direction, Hijri dates and the Ramadan calendar are calculated and may differ from your local mosque or authority, so please confirm important details with a qualified person or your local authority. Check any result that matters before you rely on it.
5. Our content
The text, design, graphics and software of FlyerUtility belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Open-source libraries used by the tools remain under their own licences.
6. Advertising and third-party services
FlyerUtility is supported by advertising and uses third-party services such as Google AdSense, Google Analytics and exchange-rate and prayer-time providers. We are not responsible for other companies’ websites, ads or services, and their own terms apply to them.
7. Privacy and cookies

8. No warranty
FlyerUtility is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we do not promise that they will always work, be free of errors or be available without interruption.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, files or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, FlyerUtility or from relying on a result. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Thousand31 Technologies is established, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that country, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
