PDF to PowerPoint

Turn PDF pages into PowerPoint slides

What this tool does

  • One slide per page — each PDF page is rendered at presentation resolution and placed on its own slide
  • Real .pptx output — opens natively in PowerPoint, Keynote, LibreOffice Impress and Google Slides
  • 16:9, 4:3 or match the page — with the page centred and letterboxed rather than stretched
  • Speaker notes — optionally drop each page's extracted text into the notes field, so it stays searchable and you can present from it
  • Page range and quality — convert part of a document, at the resolution you need

What you get, precisely

Each slide carries a faithful, high-resolution image of the PDF page. That is genuinely what you want for the common cases — presenting a report, putting a one-pager on screen, or building a deck out of pages someone sent you — and it guarantees the slide looks exactly like the original page, with every font and chart intact.

What it is not is a deck of individually editable text boxes and shapes. Reverse-engineering a PDF page into native PowerPoint objects is guesswork that usually produces a slide you have to rebuild anyway. If you need to edit the content, turn on speaker notes: you keep the real text alongside the exact visual.

Why convert

  • Present a PDF report without switching out of PowerPoint mid-meeting
  • Pull a few pages of a document into a deck you are already building
  • Rebuild a deck you only have as an exported PDF
  • Put posters or one-pagers on screen at the right aspect ratio

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?

No — the file is opened and rewritten entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is uploaded to a server, so your document never leaves your device.

Will the slide text be editable?

No — each slide is a high-resolution image of the page, which is what makes it look exactly right. Enable speaker notes to keep the text in an editable, searchable field.

Which aspect ratio should I pick?

16:9 for anything presented on a modern screen or projector. Match page keeps the PDF's own proportions, which suits a portrait document you do not want letterboxed.

Why is my file large?

Slides are images, so resolution drives file size. Lower the quality setting if the deck needs to be emailed; raise it if pages will be projected large.

Can I convert only some pages?

Yes — set a page range.
