What this tool does

How to use this tool
1. Upload your PDF — click or drag and drop your document into the drop zone. 2. Pick a page from the thumbnail rail on the left. 3. Drag a field — Signature, Initials, Date, Text or Company Stamp — from "Add a field" onto the page where you want it; you can drop the same field type as many times as you need. 4. A popup asks for whatever it needs — draw your signature on the large signing box, type text and pick a style for initials, pick a date and format, type any text, or upload a stamp image — then click OK to place it on that page only. It opens pre-filled with whatever you used last for that field type, so repeat placements are usually a single click. 5. Check the Layers list to see everything placed on the current page, and use ✎ to edit or ✕ to remove any of them. 6. Switch pages and repeat, or drag a row from "Reuse existing" onto a new page to place a linked clone — editing its content anywhere updates every linked copy. 7. Drag any placed field on the page to fine-tune its position, or drag the small handle on its bottom-right corner to resize it. 8. Download — click "Sign & Download" once at least one Signature field is filled in.
Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No — every PDF is signed and processed directly inside your browser. Your files are never sent to a server.
Can I reposition or resize fields on the page?
Yes — drag a field from the sidebar straight onto the page to place it exactly where you drop it, drag an already-placed field to move it, and drag the small handle on its bottom-right corner to resize it. Each field remembers which page it's on.
Can I add more than one Date, Text or Stamp field?
Yes — drag a field type from "Add a field" onto the page as many times as you like. Each drop opens a popup asking for its content, then adds a brand-new, independent field to that page.
Can I sign multiple pages?
Yes — select any page from the thumbnail rail and drop fields onto it. Each field is placed only on the page it was dropped on, and the Layers panel always shows what's on the page you're currently viewing.
Can I reuse the same field on several pages without retyping it?
Yes — once a field is placed, it shows up under "Reuse existing." Drag it onto another page to place a linked clone there. Linked copies share their content, so editing one (through the ✎ button) updates every linked copy across every page.
Does the tool remember what I typed last time?
Yes — dropping a new field opens it pre-filled with whatever you used last for that field type: the last signature drawing, the last initials text and style, the last date and format, the last text, or the last stamp image. You can keep it as-is or change it.
How do initials work?
Type exactly what you want shown — your initials, a short phrase, anything — and pick from several handwriting-style fonts. It shows exactly what you typed, nothing added.
Can I change the date format?
Yes — when you add a Date field a popup lets you pick the exact date and its format (e.g. MM/DD/YYYY or "September 16, 2026"), and your browser remembers your format choice for next time.
Is Text placed as a real, selectable text or as an image?
Text and Date fields are drawn into the PDF as actual PDF text — selectable and searchable — not flattened into an image. Only Signature, Initials and Company Stamp (which are drawings or uploaded images) are placed as images.
Does signing change the PDF quality?
No — the original PDF content is preserved. Only the fields you add are drawn on top.
